Welcome to Tres Soles Café, where every cup is a celebration of family, culture, a little chaos, and a whole lot of love.

This journey started when I became a stay at home mom. In between snack requests, laundry piles, and the never ending question of “what’s to eat” I discovered a new passion – learning how to make coffee. What began as a simple way to survive early mornings quickly turned into something I truly fell in love with. Cooking and caring for people has always been a love language of mine. Coffee became just another way to pour that love into every day.

I’m a proud mom of three sons – my tres soles. And yes they are the reason behind the name… and also the reason I need that cup of coffee every morning. If you know, you know!

Inspired by our Mexican roots, Tres Soles was created to bring people together over handcrafted coffee and traditional flavors with a modern twist. From our signature Café de Olla to creamy horchata lattes and vibrant matcha drinks, every beverage is made with quality ingredients, intention, and a little bit of “mom fuel.”

We believe coffee is more than just a drink – it’s a way to connect, breathe, laugh, and a way to feel human again (especially for parents).
