Tres Soles Café is a small family business. This page explains, in plain language, what information we keep when you order a coffee and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we ask for:

  • Your name — so we know whose cup is whose
  • Your email address — so we can send your order confirmation
  • A phone number, only if you choose to give one
  • What you ordered, and any note you added

That’s all. We do not ask for your address, and we never see or store card or bank details, because payment happens in person.

Why we keep it

To make your drink correctly, to know who has paid, and to keep a simple record of orders. Nothing else.

Who can see it

Only us — the two people who run Tres Soles Café. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or hand it to anyone else.

Where it lives

This website runs on our own computer at home, not on a big shopping platform. A service called Cloudflare sits in front of the site to keep it online and block attacks; as part of that it briefly sees standard web information such as IP addresses. Order confirmation emails are sent through Gmail.

Cookies

The site uses a small cookie to remember what’s in your cart while you shop. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep order records so we can look back at what we’ve sold. If you’d like your information removed, just email us and we’ll delete it — no explanation needed.
