Tres Soles Café is a small, family-run business preparing drinks to order. These terms describe how ordering works. They are written plainly on purpose.
Allergens — please read this part
All drinks are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy. We cannot guarantee that any drink is free of these ingredients, and we cannot offer an allergen-free preparation environment.
The Mazapán latte contains peanuts.
Every order requires you to acknowledge this before it can be placed. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us before ordering, or do not order. We would rather answer your questions honestly than have you take a risk.
Placing an order
Orders are placed through this website. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We prepare drinks in limited quantities and may occasionally be unable to fulfill an order, in which case we will contact you and nothing will be owed.
Prices
Prices are as listed on the menu at the time you order. We may change prices from time to time; a change never applies to an order already placed.
Payment
Payment is collected in person, in cash, when you pick up your order. No payments are processed through this website, and we never request card or banking information.
Changes and cancellations
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If the drink has not yet been prepared, there is nothing further to settle. Our Refund and Returns Policy covers what happens if something is wrong with your order.
Your information
We collect only your name, email address, and optionally a phone number. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with it. In short: we use it to make your drink and nothing else, and we do not sell or share it.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
